Montepetrosu Charming House offers spacious rooms immersed in a quiet location just a few steps from San Teodoro.
To make your holiday comfortable and relaxing we have devised a series of services dedicated to you:
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in our bar, which is located just inside the facility.
You will find the best espresso coffee, croissants, freshly baked cakes, cereals, yoghurt, jams, bread and, for the savoury options, eggs, bacon, cold cuts and cheese.
In our bar, you will have the opportunity to buy and sample typical Sardinian products.
Bar/Restaurant
Bar open from 8 a.m. to midnight.
Breakfast included in the booking (8:00 - 10:30 a.m.) and extras to be paid directly at the bar.
Possibility of aperitif with room service and direct payment upon delivery, you will find the menus with all the information in the room.
Check-in and Self check-in
Our reception is open from 9 am to 5 pm (languages spoken: English, Spanish and French). If your arrival takes place outside these hours, we provide a convenient and secure system for self check-in directly at the hotel: simply let us know your arrival time one day in advance and we will give you all the information you need to start enjoying your holiday right away.
Concierge
During reception opening hours (9 am–5 pm) we are at your disposal for any information on tours, excursions, car and small boat hire or reservations for restaurants and lidos on nearby beaches.
Video surveillance system
The entire facility is controlled by a modern anti-intrusion and video surveillance system, to guarantee you a peaceful and safe holiday 24 hours a day.
Excursions and beach services
To help you fully enjoy the beauty of this corner of Sardinia, we also organise boat trips for you withBoat hire and provide special agreements for beach services, thanks to the cooperation with experienced and qualified partners such as Mare Azzurro.
Montepetrosu Charming House also offers:
- Taxi or rental with driver and transport to the beach by "ape taxi"
- Small outdoor lobby at the entrance
- Bar for breakfast and aperitifs with the option to buy and sample typical local products
- Luggage storage (only available until 5 pm)
- Separate entrance for each accommodation
- Daily rearrangement of rooms
- Sheets changed every 3 days
- Stand-alone air conditioning with thermostat for individual room temperature management
- Booking of boat trips, rental of rubber dinghies, sun loungers and deck chairs on the beach
